6. Sale and refund policy

Purchased products, services or event tickets cannot be transferred, exchanged, refunded or returned unless the product, service or event is cancelled by us, moved to another date, or if details of the product, service or event are significantly changed after an order is placed (significant changes being a change of scope, venue or time). In case of cancellation, we will email you. You will be offered an alternative product, service or event by email. If not suitable, we can refund you the original purchase price, less payment, booking, transaction and delivery fees which are non-refundable and this will be confirmed in writing to you via email. We cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred by the customer for travel, accommodation or any other related service.

For all our products and services we rely on your timely and relevant responses to progress your work, so if we lack instructions and receive no responses to reminders, we are under no obligation to continue reminding you. We will resume work once you contact us again.

In order to prevent fraud and to protect both parties, you may be asked to provide additional information after your booking so that we can verify your purchase. We reserve the right to cancel any order that further to investigation we deem to be possibly of a fraudulent nature.

If you purchased something from us, you may be contacted with relevant promotions, offers or information that you have expressed an interest in or that might be of interest to you in accordance with our privacy policy.

All prices and quotes are exclusive of VAT, which is added to all products, services and events tickets where applicable. If you are based outside of the UK, you may not have to pay VAT. Please contact us on office@growglobal.com if you need further clarification.
